The Trust identifies suitable land in a desirable location for development in to habitable residential locality, The land is divided into residential site of various dimensions to cater to the individual preferences of the members. Adequate space is reserved for various civic amenities like park, education institutions, Post Office, health Centre, Milk Booth, Vegetable and Fruits Stall, etc. as per the stipulations of the Competent Authorities for approving such residential lay-outs.

Such residential lay-out are developed property to have the following basic amenities / facilities:

  • Sewage Water Treatment Plants;Asphalted wide roads of high standard;
  • Property designed box – type storm water drains;
  • Water supply lines and Overhead Tanks – suitable for both public utility source and private network;
  • Underground sewage facility;
  • Overhead / Underground power transmission lines;
  • Street Lights;
  • Security arrangements for the property as well as human beings;
  • Identifying / developing site for civic amenities / public utilities;
  • Planting of suitable trees;

In the PHASE-I, the Trust has developed a Layout at Yarthaganahally Village, Devanahally Taluk, very close to International Airport, Bangalore. The layout is ready with BIAAPA approval and shortly the plots will be distributed to the allottees Parallel to the above project, the Trust has taken up the PHASE-II of developing the layout at Shettigere Village, Bangalore North Taluk and the project is under progress.

After a short survey for the residential plots demand, the Trust has taken up the task of launching its PHASE-III Residential Layout, adjacent to the National Highway No.7, at Yalavalli Village, Chikkaballapur Taluk & District. Land will be ready for distribution of plots after obtaining DC Conversion and approvals from the competent authority.

People who are serving in Central/State Governments, Public/Private Sector organizations will be given priority to avail the Membership of the Trust.
